How to log in?

Login with e-mail address / login and password

If you are logging into Cafeteria for the first time, use the details you received from your employer in your welcome letter.

You can log in using your business email address and password. Simply, select the "E-mail" option on the login page.

You can also log in by entering your login, company name and password. Just, go to the "Login" section on the login page.

When you log in for the first time, the system will ask you to change the password. Once you set a new password, you will be able to log into your account. The former password, the one you received from your employer, will be automatically deactivated.

Login with a Google or Microsoft account

You can also log in to Cafeteria via your Microsoft or Google account.

Logging in with Microsoft

From the Cafeteria login page, choose "Log in with Microsoft".

Log in to your Microsoft account. Enter your login (email address, phone or Skype) and password. You will then receive an email to merge your Microsoft account with your Cafeteria account.

Please note!

You can only access the Cafeteria using the "Log in with Microsoft" option when you already have a business or personal email signed to your MyBenefit account. It is the same as when you log in to your Microsoft account.

Logging in with Google

From the Cafeteria login page, choose "Log in with Google".

Log in to your Google account. Enter your email address or phone and password. You will then receive an email to merge your Google account with your Cafeteria account.

Please note!
You can only access the Cafeteria using the "Log in with Google" option when you already have a business or personal email signed to your MyBenefit account. It is the same as when you log in to your Google account.

Double login authentication

Logging in to the Cafeteria is secured by double login authentication via SMS, e-mail or application. You must choose at least one of the ways.

Double login authentication by TEXT

Go to https://kafeteria.mybenefit.pl/ and log in to the Cafeteria.

Once there, pick the option for "Text message verification".

Enter your phone number to confirm your identity.

You will receive a TEXT message to the number provided with a code consisting of a series of digits that you must enter at the next configuration step. The code can be used only once.

Once everything is correctly configured, you will be directed to the main settings page where the "Text message verification" option should be highlighted in green.

Double login authentication by email

Go to https://kafeteria.mybenefit.pl/ and log in to Cafeteria.

Once there, choose the option for "E-mail verfication".

Confirming e-mails containing a verification code will be sent to the email address, business or private given prior. Enter the code at the next configuration step. Please note, the code can be used only once.

Once everything is correctly configured, you will be directed to the main settings page where the "E-mail verfication" option should be highlighted in green.

Double login authentication by application

Go to https://kafeteria.mybenefit.pl/ and log in to Cafeteria.

Select the "App verification" option.

Install one of the applications on your phone:

  • "Google Authenticator",

  • "Microsoft Authenticator".

Open the app and scan the QR code or manually enter the code and configuration URL using the installed app. To obtain data for manual configuration, click the "Can't scan?" button. Transcribe the one-time code displayed on the app.

Once everything is correctly configured, you will be directed to the main settings page where the "App verification" option should be highlighted in green.

Please note!
If you choose to add a device as trusted when logging in, subsequent logins on the same device will not require double login authentication.
