The account is inactive
Your employer can deactivate your account. If your account is deactivated, you do not have access to the Kafeteria offer. You also lose access to any unused funds remaining in your account. If in doubt, contact your employer. If you want the codes back, write to us from the address registered in the Cafeteria to [email protected] and specify the date of purchase, the order number, and the names of the codes you want to receive in your request.
403 error message when logging in

No access to the company email address
If you do not have access to your company email address, you must contact your employer.
You can also log in to the Cafeteria using your private e-mail address, after completing it.
No email verification code / double authentication login
If you haven't received a text or an email with a verification code or double authentication, please follow these steps:
make sure to check the phone number or email address that you have registered with Kafeteria (company or private). Password reset links will be sent to them. If you are unsure, please ask your employer,
check your SPAM folder for any missed messages.
