Resetting / changing the password

If you have forgotten your password, or wish to change it, simply go to https://kafeteria.mybenefit.pl/ and select "I forgot my password".

Fill in the necessary data:

  • "E-mail" address (you registered in the Cafeteria),

or

  • "Login" and "Company name".

You will receive an email with a link to change your password. "Set new password" and "Save" it.

Please note!
You can change the password to your Cafeteria account at any time in the "My data" section.

The new password should be strong (at least medium-strong), should contain at least 8 characters (including upper- and lower-case letters, numbers and special characters such as #$%^&*()) and should be different from the last six passwords used so far.

Password reset link

If you did not receive an email with a link to reset your password:

  • make sure you entered the correct email addresses to receive the password reset link as it is sent to the business or personal email address you registered with Kafeteria. In doubt, please ask your employer,

  • check your SPAM box.

Password verification code

We may ask you for additional identity verification. We will simply send an email to the address registered in the Cafeteria asking you to confirm your details.

MFA (double authentication)

The double login authentication feature is a two-key authentication method of securing access to an account that requires, in addition to a standard safety password, a verification code received by a text or email.

When logging into your cafeteria account, you will be required to confirm your identity in one of these two following ways:

  • "Text message verification"- the system sends a verification code to be used only once by text message to the phone number you have provided upon registration

  • "E-mail verfication" - the system sends a verification code to be used only once to the e-mail address(es) stored in your user account.

Safety Alert

This is a message sent automatically with information about a non-standard login to your account.

We consider a non-standard login to be a login from a new IP address different from the addresses from which you have logged in during the last 365 days. The e-mail contains information about the date and time of the log-in, the IP address from which the log-in occurred and a list of suggested steps to be taken in such a situation.
