Changing PIN in the application

If you want to change PIN in the mobile application (after logging in), follow the steps below:

  • open the mobile application on your device,

  • after logging in, go to the "Więcej" tab, in the "Więcej" tab, click "Zmień pin do aplikacji",

  • enter your current PIN,


  • enter and repeat the new PIN number,

  • the message below indicates a correct change of the PIN number.


    I forgot my PIN

    If you have forgotten your PIN for the mobile app, you must set it again to use it. To do this, follow these steps:

  • open the mobile app on your device,

  • on the login screen, click "Nie pamiętam pinu" and "Zaloguj ponownie",

  • log in using the available options (E-mail, Login, Zaloguj się z Microsoft / Google),

  • after logging in, you must enter and repeat the PIN for your account,

  • the message below indicates a correct change of the PIN number.
